TechEquity’s Principles for AI & Equity – An Evening Reception

Join us on Wednesday, March 6th to learn how we can implement equitable AI policy in California.

AI seems to have changed our relationship with technology overnight. We’re witnessing AI produce words, art, code, and more—at the same time, we’re also watching algorithms take the place of humans,  often with devastating effects. It’s causing policymakers, advocates, and technologists to adapt their thinking about what’s possible—and what we should do about it.

Join us on Wednesday, March 6th to learn how we can shape AI so it can enable human flourishing rather than undermine it. TechEquity will be releasing its Principles for Equitable AI Policy and sparking conversation with TechEquity Collaborative Founder and CEO Catherine Bracy and Assemblymember Buffy Wicks on how to implement this critical work. This evening reception will be held at Smic’s Bar in Sacramento, CA.
