Sesoo Igbazua

Sesoo Igbazua is the Senior Director of Administration and Finance for TechEquity Collaborative. Sesoo brings extensive experience in helping mission-driven organizations realize their missions by ensuring fiscal responsibility and operational effectiveness. He comes to TechEquity from National Urban Fellows Inc, where he headed up the Finance and Operations functions. At NUF, his work helped develop professionals of all ethnic and racial backgrounds, particularly people of color and women, to be change agents in the public and non-profit sectors, with a strong commitment to social justice and equity. 

Prior to his work with National Urban Fellows, Sesoo was Director of Finance and Operations for Digital Democracy; where he worked to empower marginalized communities to use technology to defend their rights and fight climate change. His work at Digital Democracy facilitated partnerships with indigenous groups and organizations in Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, and Kenya. 

Sesoo’s expertise in Finance and Operations builds on 15 years of work that has spanned the private and non-profit sectors, including roles at PwC, The Pew Charitable Trusts, and think tanks in the Washington DC area.
